Here's
my recovery story, I wanted to write and say I personally
know many people who the training has helped, including
me!
Before I did the training with Amir, I had a very long
list of symptoms, many of them severe; it upsets me
just to remember how my life was then. I was in bed
almost all day, every day. I had to have my room blacked
out and to wear ear plugs. I was in this sort of state
for ten years (although I was ill for longer). The bad
times I have been through have taught me hard lessons,
I hope I have learnt them well.
Then, just over a year and a half ago, I did the training
with Amir. I was taught to interrupt an adrenal dysregulation
by changing pathways in my brain. When I went to do
the training course I had an open mind, although I was
determined only to do more if I actually felt better.
I felt better immediately, so I sensibly and slowly
tried to do a few things. I played Scrabble in the afternoon
on the second day and then had a bath and dressed and
then went out to dinner. I walked to the hotel restaurant
with the aid of a walker as my legs were quite weak,
after all that time in bed! As in the photo below, I'm
the one on the left!

That was over twenty months ago and I still feel physically better and I feel happy most of the time. I know my future holds bright things. So far I have been able to go for walks, to be in daylight with normal levels of noise around me and to stay out of bed all day. I can spend time doing things that I enjoy, such as card making. I can watch films, read books and play games such as Scrabble. Life feels fine! And I can pick the cat up now, as you can see in the first photo !
What I learned from Amir has amazed me as it has completely
changed my life prospects. I have gained the knowledge
to help myself and as the doctors only aggravated my
condition, this is something to be very grateful for.
I would like to say thank you for the help I received.
Another thank you goes (to you Amir) for the arrangements
made for severely affected people, to enable them to
be gentle with their bodies while doing the course.
