There are no banks or CashPoints/ATMs in Llansteffan.  The nearest CashPoint/ATMs are in Carmarthen.  We recommend oversea's travellers get their cash requirements at the Airport.

Provisions
If you need to buy food on your way here, the nearest supermarkets are Tesco and Morrisons in Carmarthen (8 miles from Llansteffan). The local shop in Llansteffan has a small range of groceries, as well as newspapers, etc.

Getting from Carmarthen Train/Bus Station to Llansteffan
Llansteffan is about a 20 minute taxi ride (approx £20) from Carmarthen Train Station - we have found Martin's Taxis to be reliable and they will pick you up from outside the station if you arrange it before hand.
